For managed service providers, navigating Microsoft’s admin ecosystem can feel like moving through a constellation of portals, each essential but easy to miss. Without an icon to represent it, Microsoft 365 Lighthouse—one of the most valuable portals for MSPs—often went unnoticed. My challenge was to create a visual identity that would not only stand out across the ecosystem, but resonate with the technicians who rely on it every day.
